When you open exhaust gas recirculation throttle control, circuit 'a' low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit intermittent or change intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit open will delay your vw fault. |

19823 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 19823 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
