When you open a/c clutch relay, circuit short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction also evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
19821 Possible Causes:
19821 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 19821 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan 2 (v177), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
