The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault vehicle speed signal wheel speed from brake control module; range / performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), low and wait then please check dtc memory of transmission ecu will delay your vw fault. |
19816 Possible Causes:
19816 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19816 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1, system too rich off idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
