This something to do with the intake camshaft timing barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit also ignition coil 'f' secondary circuit, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
19815 Possible Causes:
19815 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 19815 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
