19801 Description And Summary : |

Diagnosing engine bar with signal buzzer activation, short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel fired heater, disabled and engine coolant temperature signal, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
19801 Possible Causes:
19801 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 19801 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
