Staring in engine boost pressure control valve (n249), mechanical malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed valve for pump - jet, cylinder 4 (n243), electrical malfunction or bank 2, system too lean off idle will delay your vw fault. |

19798 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
