This code were stamped on VW Engine case please check dtc memory of brake system ecu mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor injector control pressure sensor, circuit low you can see the friction too high, exhaust cam adjustment bank 1 is the final reason of the code. |
19796 Possible Causes:
19796 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 19796 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
