The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault cylinder 7 injector, data incompatible retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start coolant (fc) fan control module (j293), malfunction and throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
19766 Possible Causes:
19766 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19766 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
