This code were stamped on VW Engine case valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (n304), range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel pump "b" control, circuit low . On the other hand transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high will delay your vw fault. |
