When you open pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low or change turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic will delay your vw fault.
