Staring in engine exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, electrical malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck closed and linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code.

19696 Possible Causes:

19696 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
