19660 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold runner control (imrc), signal outside tolerance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit low or change fuel rail sensor (g401), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
19660 Possible Causes:
19660 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19660 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
