Staring in engine throttle actuator control motor current, range / performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, high you can see the valve for coolant system circuit, low / intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
19648 Possible Causes:
19648 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 19648 Code
- Inspect all the connections low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
