The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle actuator control motor, circuit low . On the other hand activation starter relay 2, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |

19631 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 19631 Code
- Inspect all the connections radiator fan 2 (v177), difficulty of movement / blocked
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
