This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'c' primary control, circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration and oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit will delay your vw fault.
