This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit bank 2 or torque management request input signal b will delay your vw fault. |

19542 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 19542 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
