This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust gas recirculation throttle control, circuit 'a' low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start relays for pump load air cooling (j536), short-circuit after pluses or change cam shaft position sensor (g40), signal outside of the tolerance is the final reason of the code. |
19516 Possible Causes:
19516 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 19516 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
