Staring in engine secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at idle or data bus powertrain, missing message from airbag controller is the final reason of the code. |

19496 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction

- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 19496 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
