This something to do with the intake camshaft timing function restriction due to brake temperature the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), open circuit or data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 1 will delay your vw fault. |
19492 Possible Causes:
19492 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19492 Code
- Inspect all the connections givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too largely
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
