Diameter in engine intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so please check dtc memory of instrument panel ecu or change secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck open will delay your vw fault. |
19486 Possible Causes:
19486 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19486 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
