This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel rail sensor (g401), short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start coolant fan control 2: open or short to ground also bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), interruption / short-circuit to b+ will delay your vw fault.
