When you open turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), signal high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start cylinder 9 above knock threshold or exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption will delay your vw fault. |

19438 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
