Diagnosing engine bar with intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 2 retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic bank or coolant pump control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
19431 Possible Causes:
19431 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 19431 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
