The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel additive control module requested mil illumination the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, short to b+ . On the other hand a/c control module requested, mil illumination is the final reason of the code. |
194 Possible Causes:
194 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 194 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 1 above knock threshold
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
