Diameter in engine hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit high and wait then diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
193 Possible Causes:
193 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 193 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
