The problem is about direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to b+ or change tiptronic switch down (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
19293 Possible Causes:
19293 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19293 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
