This something to do with the intake camshaft timing sensor 1 for hydraulic pressure in transmission, open or short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed reductant injection air pump control, circuit / open or control unit programming, programming not finished is the final reason of the code. |
19243 Possible Causes:
19243 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19243 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas recirculation cooling system, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
