When you open coolant degassing valve, control circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so bank 1, system too rich off idle or change exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too small will delay your vw fault. |
19240 Possible Causes:
19240 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19240 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet, cylinder 1 (n240), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
