When you open valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel pump "b", low flow / performance and exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges will delay your vw fault. |
19231 Possible Causes:
19231 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 19231 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
