This something to do with the intake camshaft timing malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), implausible signal and reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty is the final reason of the code. |
19230 Possible Causes:
19230 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19230 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle position (tp) sensor (g79), error message from ecm
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
