Staring in engine bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), interruption / short-circuit to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), short-circuit to mass you can see the exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high will delay your vw fault. |
19229 Possible Causes:
19229 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19229 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch (f189), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
