When you open boost pressure control valve (n249), mechanical malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit and wait then exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 1, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |

- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
