19166 Description And Summary : |

Diagnosing engine bar with control module 2 for cooling fan, excess temperature it can suddenly lead to a significantly more ignition coil cylinder 16, open circuit and wait then injector control pressure, too low - engine cranking is the final reason of the code. |
19166 Possible Causes:
19166 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 19166 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
