19142 Possible Causes:
19142 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19142 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
