The problem is about secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed hydraulic pump for overdrive / low range (v190), electrical malfunction and wait then activation starter relay 2, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
19139 Possible Causes:

- Inspect all the connections mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
