The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck rich or change ignition coil 'b' secondary circuit, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
19117 Possible Causes:
19117 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 19117 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
