19097 Description And Summary : |

When you open starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit intermittent / erratic or change fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
19097 Possible Causes:
19097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 19097 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission range display, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
