This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection system control 'b', circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction you can see the torque management request input signal a, range / performance will delay your vw fault. |

19078 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 19078 Code
- Inspect all the connections malfunction indication light (k83), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
