19072 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition switch run/start position, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), open or short to ground and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4, compensation wire pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
19072 Possible Causes:
19072 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 19072 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
