19001 Description And Summary :

When you open engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too high you can see the charging system, voltage high is the final reason of the code.

19001 Possible Causes:

19001 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
  • Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
  • Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
  • Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Reverse Input Circuit

What To Check After Fixing 19001 Code

  • Inspect all the connections relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
