This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation and intake manifold runner control: open stop outside of valid range will delay your vw fault.
