Staring in engine reversing light, circuit short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded or change ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance is the final reason of the code. |
18972 Possible Causes:
18972 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18972 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of instrument panel ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
