When you open valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), interruption/short-circuit after mass the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles engine- / transmission control modules, versions do not match or ignition switch run position, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
18954 Possible Causes:
18954 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 18954 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
