Staring in engine 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit high and tiptronic switch (f189), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
18921 Possible Causes:
18921 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18921 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug control module 2 (j703) to pcm communication circuit, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
