When you open injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed please check dtc memory of adr control module . So for next turbo/super charger, under-boost condition is the final reason of the code. |
18917 Possible Causes:
18917 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18917 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
