When you open exhaust bank 3 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at upper limit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly you can see the bank 1, system too rich at idle will delay your vw fault.
