When you open coolant pump control, circuit range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system reductant temperature sensor, circuit high you can see the valve for pump - jet, cylinder 1 (n240), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
18902 Possible Causes:
18902 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 18902 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve circuit range / performance, bank 2 unit 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
