Staring in engine data bus powertrain, implausible message from control module level control It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake data bus powertrain, implausible message of the steering angle and wait then planetary overdrive / low range, mechanical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
18879 Possible Causes:
18879 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 18879 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
