The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 1 and cannot activate controller reply function due to another error with equal priority is the final reason of the code. |

- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off

- Inspect all the connections coolant pump control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
