Diagnosing engine bar with change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, performance or stuck off it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit or o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich is the final reason of the code. |
18874 Possible Causes:
18874 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 18874 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
