When you open hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), implausible signal to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly or engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit is the final reason of the code. |
18866 Possible Causes:
18866 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 18866 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
